During a press conference early this morning, Mark Carney said he's speaking with the Turkish government to improve "LGBTQ rights" in the country.

Bizarrely, he also claimed that getting a trade deal with Turkey will also improve "LGBTQI rights and 2-spirited rights" here in Canada.
