Oil was around $140 a barrel, eventually going up to $148 in July of 2008.

Today, gas was 4.47 a gallon.

Today, oil was at $92.60 a gallon.

1. Who shut down off shore drilling?
2. Who shut down Alaska drilling?
3. Who shut down the Keystone pipeline?
4. Who stopped new oil and gas leasing on federal lands
5. Who Cut the pace and size of federal drilling leases
6. Who drained our oil reserves?
