i shipped my first order, took 10 days to reach customer's place but delivery agent asked if they want 9-11pm delivery like what? 15 days we tried to RTO... now its stuck at HYD hub since 1st june.....

@XpressBees_IN @XpressBees_IN Same thing happened when it reached the buyer's place...Why is it so hard to deliver a parcel? it says out for delivery at 2Am? And next day night at 11pm i received a msg saying delivery attempt failed because warehouse is closed 😑are you kidding me?
