Well during Hedgehog Awareness Week, we had a sighting of one just alongside the David Lewis Playing Fields!🌲

🤝We hosted the North West EAUC meeting and did a tour of our campus, including our green roof and Energy House 2.0!

🌿Alongside @SalfordRanger a hedgerow was planted next to our Community Growing Space.
🌱This included Dog Rose, Field Maple, Blackthorn, Hawthorn & Rose Hip.
It will help to provide a valuable new habitat for wildlife like hedgehogs!🦔

🎉🎉VICTORY! FIVE more universities divest from fossil fuels! 🎉🎉

In an incredible win, @chiuni, @LJMU, @NorwichUniArts, @SalfordUni AND @UniWestLondon have all commited to #FossilFree !

This means a whopping 108 UK universities are excluding fossil fuel companies from their investments - almost 72% of the sector!

Overall we have collected 25 bags of litter as part of The Big Hog-Friendly Litter Pick Challenge!🦔💚

A large majority of this was from our bi-weekly litter picks in Peel Park.🌳
