@ellswhatt@RoyalMail It’s probably stuck in the customs of the country it was sent too. Since Brexit customs clearance can take ages and tracking won’t update until it’s been cleared and passed to the postal service

@DHLNL @zooplusNL what rubbish service today. I waited in all morning for a parcel to find it had been delivered to a neighbor. The courier NEVER a rang the bell and there was no card in the door to tell me it was with my neighbor. You need to train your staff better

@dpdNL can you tell me why my package hasn’t even made it out of NL yet? It’s been bouncing around Veenendaal and Oirschot for the past week. Considering you advertise it takes 4 days to get to the UK and I posted it on 8th and today is 19th, that’s disgusting
@RoyalMailHelp They are stamps that I bought from you that I just want to return except it’s proving mission impossible. Under the consumer contracts law, I should be able to return them for a full refund. Again why is this so hard to do?
