@HMRCcustomers I have requested the tax overpayment from 24/25 is refunded but after 6 weeks I have still heard nothing. The digital assistant is useless and there seems no other way of getting an update? Can you help?
@HMRCcustomers Sorry you seem to be missing the point. I do not want to be charged up to 65p a minute to find out why I am not ben refunded my money. I am asking you if there is no other way to have someone look into this without being charged?
@HMRCcustomers I see. It doesn’t make it clear that I have to pay to make the call. That is unacceptable. HMRC have me details so if they need to manually check for compliance they can call me. Is there no option for escalation?
