Rhubarb Old Tom 75
50 ml Rhubarb Old Tom
5 raspberries
2 tbsp squeezed pink grapefruit juice
2 tsp of sugar syrup
Champagne (it is the Jubilee) or Prosecco
Shake with ice, strain and top up with Champagne. Serve cold with a red berry garnish.
