Also of note, there are multiple seats together but they’re considered “preferred,” hence the fees. But the seats are no different, they’re just not as far in the back. Thought after spending over $6k with them they’d put a family with a baby together when they could. #united

Paid @united $3,000 to change our flights so that we could attend my uncle’s funeral (after already paying over $3,000 to book trip in the first place). We’re traveling with a lap infant & they wouldn’t assign us seats together unless we paid even more. We’re both in middles 🙃.
