Day 38: Still respectfully requesting help from YouTube to get a real person to manually review my channel after being demonetized for “inauthentic content.”
@TeamYouTube@YouTube@YouTubeCreators
My videos are made with my own voice, commentary, reactions, manual editing, recorded gameplay, custom avatars, and personal perspective. I believe this is important context because YouTube’s guidelines describe inauthentic content as content that is mass-produced, repetitive, automated, or minimally transformed.
That is not how my videos are made. I do not simply read stories and repost them. I add my thoughts throughout the video, explain my perspective, react to the choices being made, and try to make the content entertaining, thoughtful, and useful for my audience.
Viewers frequently comment about my voiceovers and my thoughts, which shows that “me” as the creator is a unique and integral part of the videos. They are not only engaging with the stories. They are engaging with my voice, my commentary, and my personal contribution to the content.
Please help me get a manual review for my channel.

Hello @TeamYouTube@YouTube@YouTubeCreators@nealmohan@UpdatesFromYT,
I am trying my hardest to get a real person to review my channel, ScalingStories, and watch my appeal/behind-the-scenes video with the full context of how my content is made.
My channel was demonetized for “inauthentic content,” but I genuinely believe that label does not reflect my work. I understand why YouTube has policies against mass-produced, repetitive, automated, or minimally transformed content. I respect those rules, and I would never want to build my channel in a way that goes against them.
But my videos are not automated, low-effort, or mass-produced. They are voiced by me, edited by me, and built around my own commentary, reactions, and personal perspective. I record my own gameplay/background footage, manually edit in DaVinci Resolve, and use custom avatars to represent myself while speaking to my viewers.
I do not simply read stories and upload them. I add my thoughts throughout the video, explain my perspective, react to the choices being made, and try to make the content entertaining, thoughtful, and useful for my audience. My viewers directly respond to my commentary in the comments, which shows they are engaging with my personal contribution, not just the original story.
I also made a behind-the-scenes video showing my process because I wanted to demonstrate that this is real, manual work. I am a genuine creator who cares deeply about the community I have built, and even after being demonetized, I have continued making videos because I do not want to let my viewers down.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am just asking for a fair manual review from someone who can look at my actual content, watch my appeal video, and determine whether my channel truly fits the “inauthentic content” policy.
Please help me get ScalingStories reviewed by a real person.

Dear @TeamYouTube@YouTube@YouTubeCreators@nealmohan@UpdatesFromYT,
I am respectfully asking for a real person or specialist to review my channel, ScalingStories, again. I was demonetized for “inauthentic content,” but I genuinely believe my channel may have been misunderstood or grouped in with low-effort story channels that do not reflect how my videos are actually made.
I completely understand why YouTube has policies against mass-produced, repetitive, automated, or minimally transformed content. I respect those rules. I know YouTube has to protect viewers, advertisers, and creators from content that is only made to chase views without adding real value.
But I truly do not believe that describes my channel.
My videos are not automated or mass-produced. Every video is voiced by me, manually edited by me in DaVinci Resolve, and uses gameplay/background footage that I record myself. I also use custom-drawn avatars to represent myself when I’m speaking to viewers, which helps add personality, emotion, and expression to the content.
I do my best to transform the stories I read into something unique to me and meaningful to my viewers. I am not just reading text and uploading it. I add my own commentary, reactions, opinions, explanations, and perspective throughout the videos, so viewers experience the stories through my voice and point of view.
My commentary is not limited to a brief closing summary. I add my thoughts repeatedly as the stories unfold. Viewers directly respond to those thoughts in the comments. They agree, disagree, joke with me, and continue the discussion around my perspective, which shows that my personal contribution is a real part of why they watch.
Even after being demonetized, I have continued making videos every day because I care deeply about the community I’ve built and I do not want to let my viewers down. This channel means a lot to me, and I have put years of work, effort, and passion into it.
I am kindly asking for a fair manual review with the full context of how my content is made and transformed.

Hello @YouTube@TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators,
I kindly ask for a fair human review of my channel, please. All the videos on my channel are voiced by me. No footage is reused, and I add my own personal commentary to every single video. I do not believe I am in violation of any guidelines.
My appeal video, in which I talked about and explained my video creation process, currently has 0 views. However, my appeal was still rejected, and my channel was confirmed for “inauthentic content.”
I believe a mistake has been made. I have spent the past three years building a presence on this platform, and I love what I do. Even through the demonetization and uncertainty, I have continued creating and uploading videos for my fans.
I am just an amateur gaming and storytelling content creator. I do not have the fanciest animations, nor do I know how to make the smoothest videos. However, I show up every day for my fans and try my very best.
I am not asking for special treatment. I just want a real person to review my channel and provide me with feedback, because I truly have put my heart and soul into this channel for the past three years, and being labeled for inauthentic content is heartbreaking.

Hello @YouTube@YouTubeCreators@TeamYouTube,
I am requesting that a real person or specialist review my channel’s partnership program status after I was recently denied monetization. I was cited for “inauthentic content,” which is described as: “Content that appears mass-produced or repetitive to increase views without adding significant educational or other value.”
My content is not mass-produced or repetitive to increase views, and it does add significant commentary, entertainment, and educational value. My videos are voiced by me and manually edited in DaVinci Resolve, which takes me around 5–7 hours a day. The gameplay is also played by me. I also use several custom-drawn avatars to better represent myself during my talking segments throughout my videos, helping me better express the emotions I am feeling and trying to convey to my viewers.
The only repetitive elements in my content are my intros and outros, which are allowed under your guidelines. Your guidelines state: “Examples of what is allowed to monetize, including but not limited to: Same intro and outro for your videos, but the bulk of your content is different.”
I explained all of this in my appeal video, which was said to be reviewed by a human reviewer. However, the appeal video is unlisted and still shows a view count of 0. Because of this, I do not believe anyone watched my video, yet my appeal was still denied and my content was confirmed as “inauthentic.”
I am being denied the chance to reapply to the YouTube Partner Program until July 27, 2026. That is not right or fair to me. I was previously removed from the program on January 27, 2026. During that time, I thoroughly reviewed my own channel and overhauled it, which included changing my format and deleting videos that may not align with the program’s policies. I spent three months, from January 27, 2026, to April 27, 2026, rebuilding my channel.
To be denied again for the same policy, “inauthentic content,” after I followed your guidelines and made sure my videos do not violate them, is soul-crushing. I believe my channel was not properly reviewed and may have been evaluated by AI. I am requesting that a real person or specialist speak with me and review my channel, as I am a genuine, passionate content creator who wants to be part of your program.
