Got to love @currys customer service, ordered a washing machine got a phone call Thursday confirming delivery for today, I just chased up a time slot as I’ve been sat here all day to be told it’s out of stock and now on back order, no apology, no justification, nothing. Fuming.

@DVLAgovuk Hi Rob., you’ve lost all our documents.. proof of purchase., certificate of conformity, certificate of recognition.. the lot. And whenever we try to speak to anyone about it they just send us to that link where it details what we need to send.. that we no longer have!!!
