@easyJet my easyJet plus has autorenewed for £620 despite there being no figure in the email. I’m now unable to get through to anyone to cancel it. Please can you advise as I did not request this renewal

Just a friendly reminder when signing up for subscriptions or offers online. ALWAYS read the T&Cs otherwise you might get an unexpected bill which it’s very hard to do anything about 🙄@HelloFreshUK putting this on here as they rely heavily on influencer marketing for signups
@MrsSoose@HelloFreshUK £51. I thought I’d cancelled but apparently I’d only done the subscription not actually cancelled. first I knew was bank charge and then by time I’d managed to find customer service to actually speak to someone apparently it’s too late to even change food as less than 5 days!

Disability access needs to seriously improve in this country. Lady in a wheelchair on my train told the guard where she needed to get off. She’s now being made to travel two stops / 30 mins further & back as they got confused. Absolutely appalling. @CrossCountryUK@frankrgardner
