Hello @lookfantastic how exactly do I get in touch with U as your mailbox is full when I try to reply to the email telling me my item won’t be delivered until 08/11. It was a present for a birthday that’s gone. But U sent 2 items separately in excess packaging. #unsustainability

Hello @LookfantasticCS please see tweet above. You should not sell products to customers if they’re not available to be sent within the advised 2-3 days delivery time. And how do you explain the separate sending and excess packaging? Not acceptable!
