To Naga Civil Societies, Church Organisations, Student Unions,Public Figures- Silence in the face of injustice is complicity with the oppressor. FIR has been filed and multiple victims have come up who were sexually assaulted/raped by Pastor Robert Kikon but you are still silent
@NukhosatoN True, so far the return on COD orders are less than 3% of my overall orders. So, I'm still in a better position to try out what works best.
There are very few online businesses from Northeast that provides COD across India and I'm one of them.
But the pain of sending COD orders is too much.
People just place COD orders, and send confirmation for the purchase but refuse to accept the delivery.
@NukhosatoN E-com business in Nagaland can’t thrive unless these issues are addressed.
India Post is the worst in Nagaland. I really don’t know how their conscience allow them to draw salary for the type of results they produce.
@abrahamrohan Arunachal Pradesh & Assam are in top 2 in COD cancellation.
Sometimes it’s because of delivery guy also. We have 3 delivery attempts. On 1st attempt if the customer is not available; the delivery guy asks them to cancel instead of rescheduling it for next day.
@abrahamrohan Yes! If I remove COD, abandoned cart rate increases. Sales go down significantly.
And yeah, I can’t resell the product, I’ll have to throw it.
So manufacturing cost + RTO cost (which is expensive for Express shipping) just burns the profit %
I mean, come on ! You ordered yesterday and confirmed your intent to get it on COD. But the next day when it came for delivery, you are cancelling it. That's not good.
I use express shipping to make the delivery fast and it's expensive. And when they cancel the order, it incurs RTO charges which is too much for a small business like mine.
I hope people will be considerate when they order from small businesses.
Hey X family,
I have launched a new product. One of its kind from Nagaland. Ready to eat pork. Make it in 3 easy steps.
1. Open the packet and transfer the contents to a bowl.
2. Add hot water and wait for 10 minutes.
3. Enjoy the recipe.
