My mom sewed the $50 mittens three times and they are still getting holes and I can't wear pants that have a huge hole in the rear that is not on a seam but also not normal wear and tear. So disappointed.
@Smartwool The products I purchased for warm weather running lasted less than 15 wears. After four calls to customer service and one human contact that told me nothing could be done, I am beyond frustrated with the $250 spent on product that should last for a number of years.
