Will likely end up being bought by foreign investment firms for development (another issue). What’s more useful than creating your own supply of food?

@riversorare @UndeadDukeOfEd @andreajenkyns Where does that end when each generation has to sell off a portion of the farm to fund the tax bill. Less farmland, less uk produce, higher prices. The farmers will be fine because they’ve got their payout from selling the land - ordinary people are the losers here.
