@httpchijuu @yamdlps @ktetsurawr Everyone is held accountable. Ang issue dito hindi nag early warning yung mga nagbabantay sa Magat Dam or at least advice the LGUs. Please do not use this kind of tragedy for your own propaganda. Kung wala kang maiaambag na tulong magdasal ka na lang.
