If we teach our children to value family they know where to focus their lives.
Today in church:
My five year old looking at a family sitting near us.
“How old are those girls?” he asked.
“The oldest Jane is your age, the next younger Lizzy is 3 or 4 and the youngest Mary is about one. Their cousin sitting with them Katie is about 2,” I answered.
He promptly calculates “2+2 is 4 +1 is 5, so they are almost my age.”
“Yes they are not much younger than you”
He looks at me and with a concerned expression asks me, “How am I going to decide which one to marry.”
I told him he’s got plenty of time to figure that out and laughed to myself for the rest on the meeting. Still not certain if he thinks they will be catching up to his age or just that the age gap is acceptable.
(Names were changed obviously)
It takes a lot to shock Joe Rogan, but this creepily precise 1965 prediction about society's orchestrated decline managed to do just that—especially in light of what has transpired since then.
@rebelEducator Very much so if you curate at all, they wander off like you are drying to make them watch the driest and most boring content in existence even if you are pulling from things they like.
@robwood Second cover unless you are going for the renaissance era, but you said ancient to that seems like it is older than that. The swords are pretty but to fancy for pre renaissance in my mind.
@BishopJaxi Your statements imply that Christian is not associated with Christ but rather is based solely on the Trinity. With said definition you cannot with integrity claim to be Christian, only Trinitarian.
@realdogeusa If nothing can be bought for a particular coin then it has little purpose. Might as well ditch the nickel and dime as well. Unless we reallocate the value of the coins. There used to be penny candy. What’s the cheapest now?
@elonmusk It does when they are attempting to automate the manufacturing process. Our schools aren’t teaching children they think they are creating products. Kids with challenges are defective parts in their eyes.
@rebelEducator When in life are we expected to interact with only our age group outside of school. My children think adults are people too rather than opponents prohibiting them from their fun.
@townhallcom He may be interpreted as seeking vengeance but not just for himself, for the American people those same corrupt politicians have been abusing and neglecting.
