Of all sections on today's edition of @pipeline_xyz, I think I actually enjoyed that of @wagmigently segment more! Not just the fact it was a lively one. It was a section I could relate to a lot! NFTs.

Starting with, she expressed dissatisfaction on this year's edition of NFT NYC given the poor turnout, and low ticket sales. She was of the opinion that the venue should have matched the limited number of ticket sales. Then goes to drop the exclusive about "The NFT season run".
"The NFT run season is gone and won't come back". This which I kind of agree to!
This is 2025 not 2020,2021, 2022 anymore where NFT values are extremely inflated with no real value. Justin Bieber procured BAYC for a whopping $1.29M at the time which is worth $70,000 or even less now, what was the financial thoughts behind this? None but hype.

Many of similar projects rode the hype wave from Solana to Ethereum, the likes of Degods (Which I must tell had a reasonable utility and community but made crazy decisions which affected and caused the downturn). Where are the likes of Great Goats, Pixelmon, Ballonville, King of chess and a lot of thousand more hyped projects today? I shared the belief that hype still exists infact crypto, NFTs they moved with hyped but such a unsubstantiatal hype to trigger a "NFT season" run? I don't see it coming to be honest.

She also proceeded further to advise all NFT project builders on @monad_xyz to use the testnet opportunity window to pitch that they're going to try out on mainnet to their community. No one is losing money on testnet, trying out your ideals on mainnet with your community won't cost your community a damn, no one will be angry for losing test tokens.

As a testnet clicker, I have been stacking up NFTs on Monad because I am crazily bullish! Most especially, NFT projects that offer you GTD, Mint Pass on Mainnet, do well not to fade them anons.
