Spanish Point takes its name from the 1588 invasion of The Spanish Armada, who shipwrecked on the craggy shore of Ireland's west coast. The course is a reminder that all you really need in golf is great land and that 9 holes is often plenty.

There is a thriving club here, heaps of variety, and great people. Do not go to Lahinch without heading out here for a spin.
