I'm seeing nothing here or in the other angles that indicates he "shoved" the officer, initiating a physical altercation, as many are claiming as fact.
He holds his hands up in front of the officer after the lady is shoved down before turning to grab her. You see the same thing from the backside angle.
He's then pepper-sprayed and hunches over on the ground. The officer then approaches him and grabs him by the back of his shirt. That's when the attempted arrest begins, and we know the rest of the story.
You can still make the case he was trying to disrupt the operation (he was in traffic at one point) and that he resisted after the agents jumped on him leading to the chaos and shooting, but the idea that he was there, priming for a physical fight and started things by shoving an officer? Not seeing it.
