in summary:
-prosecutors are asking an appeals court for a 15-year prison term and a 510 million won fine for kakao founder kim beom-su over alleged sm entertainment stock manipulation, seeking to overturn his october 2025 acquittal.
- prosecutors claim the lower court misapplied the law and made factual errors, while kim denies ordering any illegal acts to block hybe's tender offer.
but sm privilege is real so kpop fans will keep talking about hybe. watch this flop
another fraud associated with that piece of shit company going to jail which is quite literally a normal day for them so of course they’re all silent about this 😹😹😹😹 and yet .@weareoneEXO are loyal lapdogs to criminals and are proud of working for a corrupt company full of scammers and shady people but their mentally challenged stans will try and preach to others about this very topic, the clown always comes back to bite 😹😹😹😹 #BAEKARMA
LMAOOOOO Kakao’s head is going to jail for 15 years for conspiracy and SM Entertainment stock/market manipulation
Kakao: SM’s parent company [like how 100red was to INB100, this guy is to SM, what Cha was to INB100]
But I heard everyone was a saint over there 😂😂😂
Where are the Ex5 stans who love assigning idols their company’s crimes? Surely that same energy applies to SM and the EX5 boys who still working under a company tied to criminals Or does your “accountability” conveniently disappear when it’s your faves?
Udah merhatiin dari lama, hidung baek tuh mancung tapi ada gajlukannya dikit rada samar sihh tapi tetep keliatan. Bukan yang wiiinggg lurus mancung gitu tapi ada wiing gujlak winggg lagi😭😭😭😭 #ngomongapasih#intinyagitu
Being allowed to view the data and being given your own copies are two different things. Asking for copies of their own financial records after 13 years isn’t nitpicking it’s a basic right.
SM themselves said they refused copies because they were worried the data would leak to a third party. If the numbers were clean and the process was fair, why refuse to hand over copies?
Signing monthly statements doesn’t automatically mean everything was fair. A lot of idols sign because they have no real choice or don’t fully understand the details. Issues usually surface only after they get proper professional advice and start looking closely.
The SM case and the INB100 case had different outcomes because the facts were different, not because one was “fake” and the other was “real.” In both situations they were consistently asking for settlement transparency. If you’re going to compare them, compare what the courts and the actual contracts said not just the poaching narrative.

Too bad the data says otherwise, whether we look at who stayed in the podium the longest or who held the number one spot for the most years... If out of 15 years (including 2012) he was the most popular member for 12 of them (Luhan was from debut until 2014) maybe (just maybe obv) there’s something wrong with that statement?
But hey, as long as you're happy... How do you guys put it again? A beautiful lie is better than an ugly truth?
(Btw everything the group has accomplished over all these years are the result of all 9 members... If it were just 3, 5 or 6 like you'd love it to be they wouldn't have made it this far. Easy to say when you're just standing on a foundation built by everyone’s sacrifices and talent)
