@bp_UK @Roish @bp_UK I had the same issue at St. John’s Wood petrol station. Was there to check and fill tyre pressure and got fined while waiting. I tried contacting the care line but when I press 3 for customer service it goes back to the menu again! Shows how less BP values their customers
