@CityPowerJhb You are only sending technicians to the Olivedale substation now, when you have known about this outage for 8 hours. Are they traveling by donkey cart? Come on, City Power, you guys need to do better. We pay your salaries and we are getting nothing in return.
@CityPowerJhb Olivedale (Block 10) has been without power since 15h00 this afternoon! How can we have loadshedding when we still don't have power? Do you even realize the amount of financial losses we are suffering because of these extended outages? At least we can plan around loadshedding.
@CityPowerJhb Nobody answers your call centre. Have been trying to follow up on ref CP2927554 and nothing. Can't even log another fault. The church has been without power since Saturday morning.
@CityPowerJhb I also cannot get through to anyone at the call centre to log another call. After holding on for ages, the calls keep getting dropped. I can't log the fault online because I only work here, I don't have the account number or metre number that is required.
@CityPowerJhb You have got to be f@#ing kidding me. After almost 48 hours without power, you finally restored in half an hour ago and now we are being subjected to loadshedding for the next 2 hours. WTF? We have been patient but now you are pushing it. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
@CityPowerJhb Please can we have an update? When can we expect power. It is going on 23 hours without power. Thank you. Just a thought, maybe you should starts billing Eskom for the damage done to your systems as a result of loadshedding.
@CityPowerJhb Why do you have to wait until after loadshedding to start with repairs? We have been without power since 6pm last night. And we are scheduled for loadshedding tonight at 8pm. Assuming we have power by then, will we subjected to loadshedding as well?
@CityPowerJhb We have been without power for 12 hours in Olivedale. Please can we have an update. Simply saying technicians are on sight or a team is enroute is not good enough. We have businesses to run, kids to feed etc. Not to mention the security risk this is posing.
@CityPowerJhb Perhaps I should apologize for any inconvenience caused when I am unable to pay for electricity due to the fact that I have not been able to earn money for 2 days due to extend outages like this. 🤔
