It's been another BIG week for x402 and payments:
x402:
→ Batch settlement is now generally available on the Coinbase x402 Facilitator.
→ @base MCP's launch presented a new way to access x402 plus ecosystem projects.
→ @Visa onboarded x402 endpoints into the Visa CLI.
→ @tavilyai integrated x402. Real-time web search, agent-payable in USDC on @base, no API key or account needed.
→ Claude agent built by @Must_be_Ash reads the day's news for $0.10, built with x402 and @tavilyai.
Partnerships:
→ @PPRO_Payments integrates Coinbase Payments, bringing stablecoin acceptance to enterprise merchants.
Events:
→ Join us at @money2020 in Amsterdam next week:
Panel 1 with Alaina Revoir: "Unlocking Value: Digital Assets in Institutional Payments," Tuesday June 2, 11:10, Intersection Stage.
Panel 2 with @0xceaneCodjia: "The Big Debate: AI Agents, Consent, and Innovation in Payments," Wednesday June 3, 17:25, Intersection Stage.
→ At @ethconf in NYC June 8-10, catch:
@GainsleyJustin speaking on stablecoin payments.
@yugacohler & @programmer speaking on agentic payments.
@DeFiTracer So, what ure spreading is big bullshit. She doesnt know anything about ai other than chatgpt and claude. Its a fudder, not a tech saviour saying that
@DeFiTracer Like microsoft doesnt have their own tools, their own datacenters, like their devs dont know how to run local models.
Most of the big corps have already deployed infrastructure to run ai models by themselves without having to depend on anthropic or openai
@solananew Its not cracks
The owner, was able to recover lost keys, with the help of claude, which analyzed past data from his PC and was able to retrieve the seedphrase
Thats different from cracking random wallets
@0xgaut If claude is down, engineers will move to openai
If openai is also down, it means smtg happening in the world that you wont even think about engineers
@rajnagulapalle@KaiXCreator While they break. Think in 3 years from now
There will be someone to specify the system, ai will still produce to deliver to humans, so specifications will always come from the custumer (human)
But the dev itself? the int, float, double, int32,int64, string, bool? Gone
@rajnagulapalle@KaiXCreator Doesnt bother me at all that people wont have to deal anymore with callocs, mallocs and pointers
All this knowledge you can shove it in the ass, and im glad for it
@rajnagulapalle@KaiXCreator Coding is dead
Engineers just stop needing software developers my guy
Software developer becoming like changing diapers
If u want to learn learn engineering not coding
Learnt how to build a system not how to implement it in a programing language
Software developers dying 😀
@PythonPr C++ is the thing
But python bit it so hard that idk anymore
Python makes it easier to implement, removes a lot of headaches and i love it
But C++ gives much more reliability although has some memory management (which is also an advantage) that might be difficult to catch up
