@Allyx_ @YodelOnline @what3words Might as well post an update. So Yodel turned up today unannounced with a broken cardboard box that had bits of the gaming chair I had ordered poking out of it. I told the driver no, not accepting it. Return it. He said okay, took it back to his van. Guess what happened next?

@YodelOnline @what3words As of now when tracking it, still shows the same update from 1st December. Depot have had it since 22nd Nov. It should have been delivered by 5th Dec. Live chat assure me it’s not lost and this is a “short delay”.

@YodelOnline @what3words @YodelOnline my parcel arrived at the delivery depot on 22nd November. There have been no updates since the 1st of December. This is the one big Christmas gift for my daughter. The live chat service is not helpful. There is no option to collect it from the depot. Help please.
