• Normalize URLs (strip tracking params, expand shorteners)
• Ranking: ORDER BY bid DESC, created_at ASC
• /go/[id] redirect that increments clicks
• Webhook signature verification
• Basic rate limiting

• One-time checkouts only
• Webhook confirms payment → listing goes live
• For raises: calculate difference and charge only that
Polar is nice because it’s Merchant of Record (handles tax for you). 💸

• Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind
• Postgres (Neon / Supabase / Vercel)
• Polar (or Stripe / Lemon Squeezy) for payments
• Hosted on Vercel
One main table is enough: url, bid, clicks, created_at.

1. Core product (keep it stupid simple):

• Public leaderboard ranked only by $ bid
• Form: URL or @handle + amount + optional description
• Raise your own bid (only pay the difference)
• Click tracking that redirects
• Basic rules (no NSFW, no chat links)
