While I have been productive in my work recently, the behaviors I am outputting have not contacted reinforcement. Ratio Strain is in effect. I need to step away from the computer, but struggling with the demands that are constantly present. Who can relate? Any tips?
Isn’t it so cool to watch our technology advance? Having been in the field for about 20 years, I have been able to witness procedural changes and the translation into practice. It's amazing how quickly new evidence based practices are adopted when they can help our clients.
