I purchased a fridge and washing machine from @GodrejAppliances, but even after so many days of registering a complaint, nothing has been done. Just giving callbacks and fake assurances is not a solution.
Stop fooling customers in the name of service. Truly shameful experience!

I really need to warn you all – stay away from Godrej products! I bought their washing machine and fridge, and both broke down in no time. To make matters worse, their so-called customer service is completely useless – no response, no help.Don’t waste your money @GodrejAppliance

@GodrejAppliance Give me a clear date commitment by which this complaint will be resolved. I will not pay anything, as the product is under warranty. If Godrej products can fail this quickly, then accept the fact that the brand delivers such poor quality, and I will pay the full amount myself.

@GodrejAppliance purchased a fridge & washing machine on 18th April 2024. Within such a short time, the fridge door broke and the washing machine button got damaged. Complaints are still pending. No SRM visits are arranged. Shameful experience. Please respond and resolve.
