@PVRSupport I booked IMAX tickets for "The Creator" for 2nd Oct at PVR Nexus Mall Bengaluru, but the screening wasn't in IMAX format. I expected the immersive experience but they played a regular 2.35:1 ratio movie on a IMAX screen. Please do the needful and initiate a refund.
