At a rally in New York, Rabbi Shapiro spoke out against Israel’s drafting of Orthodox Jews, declaring that the Jewish people are bound by Torah, not by land, language, or armies.

He challenged the idea that Israel or Netanyahu represents Judaism, calling Zionism a force that seeks to replace Torah with military power.
