@David_J_Bier Just can’t understand this simple thing , per country cap is hurting mostly the employment based GC . So it’s okay to bring technical people from India/china more than 7% every year , but can’t give them GC in same ratio as it hurts the diversity of Nation.

@USCIS Can someone please look at the I-485 and I-485J disconnection mess ? Thousands of EB2 applications downgraded in Oct 2020 to EB3 , then again being asked to upgrade to EB2 as USCIS advisory, now they are in limbo status “Case Remains Pending” . Tier1 officer orEmma has no answer.

@USCIS Instead of asking for more applications, which USCIS being understaff cannot handle , please work on pending cases from Oct 2020. It’s frustrating to see “case remains pending “ status even when visa bulletin shows the priority date is current. Please fix it ASAP.
