Centurion Muggings Update:
Security patrols have been intensified at known mugging hotspots in Centurion following recent incidents in the area. Runners have been targeted.
Today, security guards spotted four suspicious men hiding in bushes near one of the hotspots in Raslouw before the suspects fled as backup arrived.
“Appreciation has been conveyed to the security teams for their vigilance and rapid response,” said a runner who was robbed recently.
