Knowledge silos have always been a thing, but with AI, it's even easier bc we're moving so fast that it's hard to stop and share or cover all the things we've done. I've found summaries of the work my team's done over the last 24 hrs and week to be super useful in finding what's important and proving opportunities for feedback, discussion, and crafting story.

Having a lot of fun developing some learning resources for this year's Hacktoberfest participants! It's a set of interactive learning resources to walk you through understanding what a skill is, writing a good skill, and implementing the skill in your workflow.

I do a lot of little, fun experiments that I should really talk about more. This model observatory was inspired by the question "Did the model get worse this week, or is it me?" The idea is that your have thousands of calls a week in recorded session, which is essentially a telescope into the providers. I observed 18 different models in 90 days of session archive.

@LukeCFPLevelUp This is why I'm also the parent that frequently drives to sports things. You get a bunch of kids in the car and they talk about things they usually won't bring up with just a parent. Then later, you have an opportunity to gently bring up things without it feeling invasive.

Parenting hack: if you want your teen to talk to you, try dropping them off late at school after an orthodontist appt. They’ll want to sit in the car and tell you all their hopes, dreams, and goals for the future.

My feed is flooded with amazing ways people are using Jev rn. I think bc it's different than most of the AI stuff we've been working with over the last 9 months, it can be a bit confusing to figure out where it fits in the broader picture.
