BAHS lock down has been lifted. A telephone threat was received and after a police investigation it was determined to be non credible.

APPREHENDED!!

Wesley Larry Lyons Jr, the suspect in the attempted murder at Harford Mall, was taken into custody today. More updates will be provided tomorrow.

Wesley Lyons is still on the run and our Detectives along with our partners at the Harford County Sheriff's Office are still on his trail.
The reward for information leading to his arrest and prosecution has been increased to UP TO $5,000. Tips can be submitted anonymously.

The annual Bel Air Town Run will take place on Sunday June 4. This will result in temporary road closures and detours along Main Street, Broadway and the Majors Choice neighborhood starting around 7am until around 10am. Please use caution and expect delays in the area.

While driving along Main Street, through beautiful downtown Bel Air, please remember the speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Recently we've had an increase of speeding complaints along Main Street, so we are focusing on traffic enforcement in the area.

@elizfarrell @elizfarrell Where to begin…there was an assault by stabbing near that intersection. The suspect and vicitm are both juveniles. We aren’t in the habit of releasing information involving juveniles because, well they’re juveniles.
