Despite Upgradation the eligibility Criteria set by the NCTE,we the primary teachers of bengal are still deprived from PRT Scale recommended by the 6th CPC . It's a matter of our professional dignity.

Primary Teacher of WB Govt.schls is HS wth min 50% mrks & dled. Bt pay scale is that of a cls10pas clerk! Basic 9300-34800(lyk othr states)wth gp 4200 is our RIGHT instead of 5200-25200 wit gp 2600.
