☑️ We Inspect. You Decide.
This is the granddaughter of Mr Makhohlona Ngwenya who went missing in 2015 from Standerton Hospital after he was brought in by an ambulance. He’s been missing for 10+ years and the Hospital plus the Department of Health has not provided any tangible answers or even assistance
A question for environmentalists who remain silent over Gaza: Are you aware that Israel's armed forces have not just destroyed Gaza's infrastructure but have, in fact, dropped payloads so lethal that they poisoned the soil to its core, making the land unsuitable for life?
Black people are not interested in that , they want Thabi down for lying. They are not interested in who came up with that policy at FNB and if we can get the money back.
Confirmation by former WESBANK employee that I was correct in my statement that Wesbank is discriminating
with interest against black clients. Google "Sunday independent - Wesbank" and read article under the heading "Former employee exposes how WESBANK rodded black clients"
A FORMER WesBank employee has detailed how the finance provider used a specific system to overcharge black clients.
He said this has been done purposely, to charge black clients more than their white counterparts.
The employee, who worked as a consultant in the IT department as a contractor between 2014 and 2018.
He told the Sunday Independent that the bank used the acquisition system to determine the interest rates.

The culture of trash journalism in this country is to send questions to someone just before close of business in order not to allow them sufficient time to respond.
Business Day is behaving like a tabloid.

Mentoring: Words like mentoring, coaching, teaching can mean the same thing or not, it’s about the transfer of knowledge. To me mentoring is transferring knowledge through a specific discipline so I only mentor people in the group. I have never called my self a mentor to anybody even though some people say I mentored them. I do to people what was done to me which is finding a junior person who is showing some potential: some good education and attitude. But to be spotted by executive they will only see the attitude and find out about the education later, so sharpen your attitude. Good attitude is a general word nje, it is in the handshake, the verbal communication and another general word ‘ the energy’ u transmit. We then give u a job beyond your experience , throw u in the deep end, give u a few pointers and leave u to swim or sink. Sometimes this might be a new hire. Mentoring to me is like showing us how to drive a car, I can’t show u how to drive if there is no car to drive and we are not together in the car. Remember learning is self discovery, it is not me teaching u, this is not school. Therefore mentoring people that don’t work for us is not doable, what am I guiding u to do? When I mentor a person I stake my reputation on them succeeding, therefore I have a keen interest in their success, I must be able intervene when u drown, by help u take a few breaths and let us know continue. I’m very careful about taking over, I won’t do it.
My most recent case in the group is that of marketing manager who started answering operations questions in a board meeting. This subsidiary is technical and she was educating us all about the details of the business and yet she had only been with us for 8 months. Talent scouts can only spot u if u display your talent at the right moment in the right forum. So we enquired how come she knows so much about operations , she said she learnt it all from YouTube and read the relevant laws governing this industry. We were so impressed and at that time we were looking for an MD of that company and we immediately appointed her and she is very successful in her role. You will note that we didn’t care about her experience, attitude and capacity (by the way education is a mere demonstration of capacity to learn but if we can’t see it (the capacity to learn, not your certificates) we don’t care about it)
I think u can also call what I do sponsoring, I take a bet on u and give u a few pointers. I don’t like wheelbarrows, those people who only move when u lift them. We do terminate a project if it doesn’t work.
The reverse of this is an experienced executive who had a boss who was misbehaving. The boss missed a board meeting and the whole board was livid. Instead of taking the opportunity to take over the meeting and cover for the boss he started bad mouthing the boss. I later told him that he missed the opportunity to give the board the confidence that he can do the job, he didn’t get the promotion that was half at his door. No one is interested in how bad your boss is, show us u can take over from him by covering for him. We know u are covering and that alone is a skill.
In your journey u will need sponsors, mentors and coaches and whatever u call them. I have had them all, my bosses threw me in the deep: I have built a factory, installed huge machines, run significant operations, run sales and marketing. I had those I discuss details with, those who threw pearls of wisdom at me and disappeared but it was all in the same company.
So sorry guys, I don’t do mentoring unless u are in our group and have been given a huge responsibility.
You spoke for me here. It was wild on @Radio702. I could write a book about what presenters experienced everytime things flared up. Even criticism of bombing of a UN school in 2008 led to some prominent people phoning my boss. John Robbie had it worse than all of us.
I’m travelling across the Northern Cape and because of one thread on the TL, I had to pen these thoughts down in my “journal”.
The work is plentiful. The resistance? Ten times more.
