Hi @EmiratesIslamic, I was charged AED 99 + VAT as a funds transfer fee for a GrabPay transaction. I was not aware this would be treated as a cash/transfer transaction. Customer care said no waiver request can be raised. This is my first time—please review for goodwill reversal.

@deemsocial I made this complaint on 13th Sep and it was acknowledged by your team and they promised to close in 7 working days. Still the complaint is kept open

@duCares complaint 1-558174009392 was supposed to give AED 149 discount from Mar 1 until Aug 31, 2025, a new promo was applied on Aug 08 without informing me that it would cancel the existing discount. Your agent Rushav refused to assist and told me to contact the social media.
