If @Jim_Jordan and @JudiciaryGOP had done their job and started the impeachment of Judge James Boasberg back in March 2025, we wouldn’t be dealing with this circus of activist judges acting like they’re the President right now.
They had the chance. Articles of impeachment were filed (H.Res.229). Boasberg, the Obama-appointed Chief Judge in D.C,. blocked Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan gang members, even threatened the administration with criminal contempt, and kept getting handed high-profile Trump cases.
Instead of holding him accountable, we got months of useless and ineffective Epstein distraction hearings and talk.
The fact is: Exposing Boasberg’s cozy relationship with Chief Justice John Roberts (who personally appointed him to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and presided over it) could have forced Roberts to finally rein in these rogue judges. Instead, Roberts publicly defended the status quo while these activists stage a slow-motion judicial coup.
Enough with the warnings. Enough with the hearings.
These judges aren’t “interpreting law”, they’re usurping executive power, blocking America’s borders, and defying a duly elected President.
Democrats are literally judge shopping and the same activist judges are getting multiple lawsuits against the Trump administration.
