@curryspcworld Was signed up for an insurance product without my knowledge in Newtownabbey store. After sitting with the store manager who acknowledged this as their fault and was promised it would be cancelled straight away, payments are still being taken! #misselling

@PassportIRL @PassportIRL Hi, my partner sent his application off on 11/10/19 and when we try to track progress on the passport tracker it says the application number does not exist in your records, is this normal? When does it usually register. We sent it through passport express in the PO.

Said £24 online, low and behold the online bag check didn't work and so they offered to do it over the phone for £27, contact centre charge!!!! Absolute jokers, they must be losing customers by the second.

@flybe What a shocking company you are, daylight robbers with rude staff to boot. Funny how when your baggage policy changes and you catch everyone out at the airport charging them £40 for hand luggage then how you can't add it online and your help line is closed #neveragain

@_sharn @flybe They now stop everyone and get them to place baggage in the TINY sizers, then send you to check in to pay £40, you will stand there with everyone else who they are also robbing.I am trying to check mine in for way back and its jumped from £24 online to £27🤔 convienient.
