Super Saturday: Rain or Shine

Rainy weather did not slow Belinda Keiser and #TeamKeiser down today.

Belinda and our volunteers were out across Florida’s 22nd Congressional District, bringing her America First message directly to Republican voters and demonstrating the energy and determination fueling this campaign.

The message from voters at the door was clear: They want a proven conservative leader who will stand with President Trump, defend our values, and deliver results in Washington.

I'm honored to earn the endorsement of the Sun Sentinel Editorial Board in the Republican primary for Florida's 22nd Congressional District.

This campaign is about fighting for the America First agenda that President Trump was elected to deliver—securing our border, restoring our economy, standing with law enforcement, protecting our constitutional freedoms, and putting American families first.

As the editorial board noted, I am "firmly in Trump’s camp, serving on three administration panels, including the Women for Trump Advisory Board.” They also highlighted my appointments by Governor Ron DeSantis and former Governor Rick Scott to numerous state leadership boards and commissions. The board added, "Her conservative bona fides are burnished by endorsements from Reps. Randy Fine and Jimmy Patronis. Keiser’s decades of civic engagement and long business experience make her the strongest voice for District 22 Republicans."

I am deeply saddened by the passing of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham.

I was honored to meet Senator Graham and will remember him as a good man, a true patriot, and a tireless advocate for our country. Throughout his tenure in the United States Senate, he was a steadfast supporter of our military, a strong defender of the Constitution, and a principled conservative leader who put the American people first.

Senator Graham dedicated his life to public service, stood firmly with President Trump, and worked tirelessly to advance conservative principles and defend our nation.

My prayers are with his sister, Darline Graham Nordone; his family; his colleagues; and all who mourn his loss. I also support President Trump’s recommendation that Darline be appointed to complete Senator Graham’s term, a fitting tribute to his extraordinary legacy of service to South Carolina and to our nation.

Yesterday, I toured the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Sculpture at Veterans’ Community Park in Marco Island with Vietnam veteran and Marco Island City Council Vice Chairman Rene Champagne. I am deeply grateful for his service to our nation and for taking the time to walk me through this powerful tribute.

Gulf Coast News and WINK News have reported on Champagne’s important role in bringing this memorial to fruition. Gulf Coast News reported that American Legion Post 404 spent months developing the memorial’s design in partnership with a California-based sculpture studio.

The Marco Island City Council approved the installation in April. This powerful memorial will ensure that the courage, service, and sacrifice of our Vietnam veterans are remembered for generations.

I am grateful for Vice Chairman Champagne’s endorsement of my campaign and remain committed to honoring the service and sacrifice of all who have worn our nation’s uniform.
