@StateFarm Since when does State Farm handle claims in such an unprofessional way? Your claim agents want to settle a claim with absolutely no breakdown as to what the payment is for. Not only is the payment short but it is totally an unacceptable practice!

@marcus How in the world does @marcus have the nerve to bill a closed Credit Card Account more than 30 days after closure? This is outrageous behavior from any bank. Customer Service has no explanation which is ridiculous. What kind of a bank does business this way?
