Did a bullpen with @BellaMitchum8 last night working on different spots with my pitches. Working on staying loose and connected with my swing.

Weight room today working bench press, RDLs, bent over rows, and planks. Then he did some hitting and base running work. Finished my day with a pitching lesson focused on spotting all pitches and improving my drop ball.

[Karalyn Reed @KaralynReed2030]

From our fall league game with Cane Bay Cobras, I hit in our only run, and that's my big sis @CharletReed crossing home plate.
I also pitched and played SS. We play again Monday night.

Timely hitting, effective pitching, solid on defense. You continue to impress and so glad you're a part of this Havoc group.

After some sleepy bats early on, we surged to win our bracket going 3-1-1 on the weekend, topping a solid VA Glory team in the championship. Next weekend we take this talented group to Orlando facing some tough competition.
