As well all know, SSRIs and therapy are a joke. The human brain is actually a very finely-tuned, sophisticated machine and conditions like depression+anxiety are reactions to very real environmental conditions and stressors, not "chemical imbalances" that you were randomly cursed with, you solve the symptoms by solving your problems, therapy/meds are actually counterproductive because they primarily numb and distract you from whatever is causing your issues

" I don't get it, we made it as complicated and as expensive as possible to accomplish X and yet we don't seem to be accomplishing X. Maybe we should try making more rules?"
