EXCL: Sheffield United have not received an official bid from Coventry City for Gustavo Hamer however the club received a verbal offer that fell well short the clubs current valuation.

Hamer is extremely interested in a potential return to the Sky Blues, but is not currently pushing for the move and remains content with the prospect of staying at Bramall Lane.

Talks are ongoing, but nothing formal has been tabled yet.
