Something that gets forgotten when it gets a little colder outside is that we need to HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE. My athletes on here please remember hydration in the winter months is still important not only to avoid cramps, but also to keep your immunity up. @7Twice @PCC_FOOTBALL
