identifying sybil wallets is generally a closed process

this is a rare opportunity for anyone in the community to create their own sybil identification model, get its efficacy tested against real data and win $20,000 in prizes for new innovative approaches!

here's the details;

1. @0xHolonym & @DappRadar have provided a ground truth dataset of over 10k manually labeled wallets with a sybil probability score of between 0-1

2. create your own model assigning a score to these wallets and get tested against their data

3. submit a writeup on the @OctantApp forum about the approach taken by your model took to be considered for the $20,000 prize pool

we are especially on the lookout for LLM or nondeterministic approaches to this challenge 👀
