The novel NPC is set in a world that obeys the rules of a roleplaying game, making it a part of the #LitRPG subgenre, but it needs no gaming knowledge or experience to understand. Head to https://t.co/ZPzaPGenXB for a free extract and to purchase for Pay What You Want!
@RC13301 Correct, it's after DS1 and there's a line about the scene from DS2 not having happened yet, so it's between the two. I didn't want to get any more specific than that.

Skane: A Thriller in Verse is available from Amazon in ebook and paperback. I need the help of the Tweetisphere to get the word out: if you know of a reviewer or other content creator who might be interested, or if you are one yourself, leave a reply.
@Dreadnaughton Probably bone-coloured. The Soul Drinkers aren’t exactly Codex-compliant so there’s a lot of wiggle room when it comes to that sort of thing. Ranks above Sergeant would have gold trim instead of bone.
I'm on this show talking about tabletop gaming and all things nerdalicious! I natter for about half an hour, starts about 12 1/2 minutes in https://t.co/maQs2r9dky
If you want to check out the book, it's available in eBook and paperback from here: Skane: A Thriller In Verse https://t.co/tTtbt6IDxX #Amazon via @Amazon
@ProbablyTired1 If memory serves he replaced one or two with improvised bionics. To replace the whole shebang he’d need his entire lower half bionicised. The SDs are low on resources for most of the series so they might just not be able to do that. (Honestly I hadn’t considered the question)
More very kind words about Skane from @aratecla_the_bookrat The book is on Amazon as an ebook and paperback if you fancy a rather odd read. https://t.co/MCXVgcW8mB
