@danielmain2240@FaithOdhiambo8 Refer to Articles 10 and 27 of the Kenyan Constitution to know how Gachagua's discriminatory and tribal polics offended the Constitution and how Kenyans' rights were violated. He who claims justice must come with clean hands.
@RealMatiangi Are you an advocate? Are you a judge? The court had made a ruling, and that's final. If aggrieved, appeal. Secondly, you have no moral authority to comment on issues human rights. You violated the rights of many Kenyans while serving as ministers, including their right to life.
If courts entertain this notion that people can fall ill on the dock, thus short-circuit their trials; nobody will sit through their criminal trials.
We want school kids not to burn down schools when they see us use idiotic reasoning to circumvent due process.
Gachagua’s Karen Hospital mischief should not be allowed to stand.
@danielmain2240@FaithOdhiambo8 I understand that whatever I'm raising here maybe 'crap' to you because you were not negatively affected by Gachagua's discriminatory politics. Those who were affected by Gachagua's backwards and tribal politics understand exactly what I mean. Their rights are just as important.
@thomjoel@FaithOdhiambo8 Every person is equal before the law and has the right to equal protection and equal benefit of the law. You can't purport to protect Gachagua's rights and overlook those of millions of Kenyans he violated by discriminating against them on tribal grounds.
@kahyrmike@FaithOdhiambo8 First, you can not separate politics with law. It's politics that makes the laws. Secondly, whose rights were violated by the hustler vs. dynasty politics? Who are these 'hustlers', and who are these 'dynasty'?
@lincentochieng@FaithOdhiambo8 He who claims justice must come with clean hands. The alleged violation of his rights, which is subject to appeal, was compensated by the court. That's justice.
@amayojnr@ntvkenya And I don't think that the government would willingly mob up the voter register. Let's register afresh to separate the legit voters from 'vifaranga vya computer'
@amayojnr@ntvkenya It appears we're not in agreement on the definition of 'dead voters'. I invite you to watch SK Macharia's confession on how the voter register has been manipulated to rig elections. I think that the 'mop up' of the voter register would be the best way to solve the problem
@hon_wamuchomba Sadly, this is the party that @edwinsifuna is warming up to. I noticed that since Sifuna started flattering with this Godforsaken party, he's started playing divisive politics. He's slowly but steadily subscribing to shareholder politics.
The US invasion of Venezuela and capture of Maduro raises some of the clearest violations of international law we’ve seen in decades!
I've broken down the international law issues in this brief post:

@DCI_Kenya@DCI_Kenya and @NPSOfficial_KE, while I oppose any form of militarism in the country, it's important that you do some soulsearching on why Kenyans may resort to extra-constitunional means to protect themselves. They feel that you're killing them instead of protecting them.
