@RestIsPolitics@RoryStewartUK@campbellclaret Rory and Alasdair,
What did you think about the ICC arresting former leader of the Philippines, Rodrigo Roa Duterte. Also opinions on likely jurisdictional challenges (due to the Philippines withdrawing from the Rome Statute)?
@RestIsPolitics@RoryStewartUK@campbellclaret Rory and Alastair,
The ICC has recently issued arrest warrants against both Netanyahu and Putin. Considering the virtual impossibility of either actually being arrested, what is the continuing purpose of the ICC? Is it now merely a mechanism to signal international condemnation?
@RestIsPolitics@RoryStewartUK@campbellclaret Dear Rory and Alastair,
During a debate, Nigel Farage spoke about dismantling the NHS in favour of an insurance style system akin to France. My question to you is why Labour or the Tories aren’t using this comment as an opportunity to attack Reform?
@PhoenixEmmet@BGSULady@InsideEdition I think if the Prosecution services are choosing to prosecute he probably had a larger role then just “following orders”. Most jury’s would have sympathy for someone who found themselves coerced into the position and did what they could to escape it, especially as he’s 100.
