The real purpose of wealth is to have the calm to live your life your way. It's to have the freedom to slow down. To spend your days doing things that you actually care about. That’s what money is really for. Not to impress strangers. Or to collect expensive distractions. But to own your time. To have a quiet breakfast without checking emails. Long dinners without looking at the clock. Conversations without feeling rushed. A calm weekend without thinking about the spreadsheet you need to turn in on Tuesday. Time to read. To think. To explore your interests. That’s real wealth. Everything else is noise.
If you're a dude wanting to "make it"
If you feel stuck
Ask yourself
-Have I sacrificed everything I possibly can
-Do I put in 12 hours daily
-Am I doing many things VS just this 1 thing
-Do I train for this like an athlete
Why: I guarantee if you audit your day to day you will find out why you're truly stuck. You're not REALLY trying.
So many times in my life I got stuck moving up the ladder of success (still do, I'm trend towards being an F-up).
Every time I run this audit and I find
-I'm spending 2-3 hours a day with TV/Games/Social media/phone.
-I'm not optimizing my diet/health for peak creativity
-I'm doing 3-4 different things and splitting my focus
-I'm simply not putting the time in.
-I'm not actually taking real risk (the key to triggering all of this)
Every time.
I guara-an-fooking-tee that if you
-Sacrifice everything except family (for a time)
-Give up ALL hobbies/time sinks besides reading
-Clock 10-12 REAL hours a day
-Stop drinking, smoking and eating crap
No matter how dumb and disadvantaged you are...You will win.
The hack to all of this is to actually take big financial risk that will not kill you, BUT put enough pressure on you that you don't have an option to feck about.
It's not a luck thing. It's not a you thing.
It's a focus, quality and volume thing.
Isolate your focus by cutting everything
Optimize the quality by fixing your fecked brain
Increase the volume
You will become a millionaire. Even if you're a dumb shit inbred mouth breathing r-tard.
"We are haunted by the conviction that for a human life to be worthwhile, it must achieve something grandiose: it must leave a lasting legacy, transform an industry, or touch millions of lives.
This assumption turns existence into a high stakes exam that most of us are quietly convinced we are failing. But where did we get the absurd idea that a life must be extraordinary to be valid?
The demand for cosmic importance is an expression of ego, not wisdom.
A life spent caring for a few people, enjoying the changing seasons, reading good books, doing honest work, and being a decent neighbor is not a second rate existence; it is a triumphant fulfillment of the human condition.
When you relinquish the obligation to be exceptional, you aren't lowering your standards. You are liberating yourself to appreciate the quiet, understated beauty of an ordinary life well lived."

Because most men really are empty shells. Yeah I get "what was done to them to make them like this" but being checked out consooomers of video games and sports gambling really is the reality of most men. I am not saying your average woman is any more interesting with her netflix and tiktok slop (they are not) but I also understand why none of these people are pairing up. They are sources of negative energy looking for distractions, and since they no longer need each other they are no longer perpetuating.
This is why, esoteric as it sounds, it's hard not to see some shift in the nature of humanity afoot - that the genetic bottleneck is a proxy for a different type of human emerging.
Technology is empowering the growth of one type of human and eliminating another type. The "drone" human that has sustained systems throughout history is no longer needed, and they are going to plug into the matrix and disappear. You will simply not survive in the age of AI without a higher level of consciousness and agency.
A somatic therapist who worked with elite performers for 20 years said frequency isn't raised by thinking. It's raised by giving the nervous system a signal it can't ignore. Here are 8 bizarre rituals that do it.
1. THE DOORWAY HANG
Hang from a doorframe for 30 seconds. Decompression and grip load flood the system with physical feedback — the fastest route out of your head.
2. THE COLD SPOON
Hold something cold against the back of your neck. Cold at the neck reaches the vagus nerve faster than anywhere else on the body.
3. THE WALL PRESS
Press both palms flat to a wall and push hard for 20 seconds. Isometric effort with nowhere to go discharges tension the body has been storing.
4. THE VOICE DROP
Say one full sentence a whole octave lower than usual. Your pitch feeds back into your nervous system. Lower reads as calmer — and the body believes it.
5. THE SOUND CUP
Hum into a cupped glass and feel it vibrate against your hand. Feeling your voice as a physical object turns an abstract practice into something real.
6. THE BACKWARDS NAME
Say your name backwards, out loud, once. Absurd effort interrupts a mental loop far faster than trying to stop it.
7. THE CEILING MINUTE
Lie flat on a hard floor and look at the ceiling for 60 seconds. A hard surface is the one position the body cannot brace against so it stops trying.
8. THE SET DOWN
Carry something heavy across the room, then put it down on purpose. The body learns release by doing it never by deciding to.
THE PATTERN NO ONE TALKS ABOUT
All 8 rituals share one thing: they give the nervous system a signal it cannot argue with. Not a thought. A physical fact.
Frequency doesn't rise from affirmations. It rises when the body exits survival mode and the vagus nerve tells every cell: it is safe now.
That's when manifestation actually starts working not because the universe changed, but because your signal did.
Advice for new traders - Why trading is so hard
Written by Bartholomew Fatus Catus
Stop drinking the koolaid for a moment. Everything you see online about keeping it simple, or simple strategies or this easy strat makes me $300 per day is mostly.... Garbage.
Trading content and education is ruled by influencers and the influencer game is about dominating an algorithm which is harvesting attention rate.
The best youtube videos cater to - casuals. That means noobs, and noobs have no idea the true complexities of trading, and are indeed search for easier to digest things, that... Will make money.
New traders are searching for the easiest fastest way to make money in this.
If it was really that simple I'd be doing it.
So the next thing to understand is you are most likely not cut out for this due to you not truly understanding what trading really is. Because you don't and it's not until several years it syncs in.
Understand every piece of education and content you consume has an alternative motive for the most part. This is finance and this is the nature of the beast.
Finance is full of the worst of the worst people.
So how do you find good education? This is not the topic of this post. I don't seek content myself. And have for years. While external education is necessary - free or not. You have to understand the basics and what the hell you're trading product wise - finding solid education is never a meaty bit. It's like gold mining. Most gold miners aren't picking up nuggets. It's the pay dirt that must run through a wash plant, and it's the small sand sized grains of gold flakes that pay out.
Education is mostly sifting through tons and tons of dirt for golden flakes. Knowing that makes the learning curve through given material way steeper than you could imagine. A lot could be outdated, too basic, and complexity doesn't mean it's necessarily good either, and navigating this alone is a journey you have to go on for yourself, as there is no starting place once you get the gist. Trading education or the process is a circle. You can start on order flow than go to price action, than technical tools, than circle back to order flow and that 2nd look at flow with more experience makes it take on new meaning. Each year and each revisit to components of trading price action, flow, TA or whatever continues to compound new meaning. This is why it also takes so long to learn and why the learning curve is so steep.
-----
The next point is no 2 trades or trading sessions are ever the same. Never ever. You're always in a situation where it's like you're learning over again. This is why trading is like sports. Or even multiplayer video games. The matches or sessions can seem similar or have a familiar rhythm. But never ever the same. This is what makes it so fucking difficult.
Now add on top of this the nasty regime changes that can happen from one day to the next. You tend to go into the next session carrying the prior days feel. Which can alter drastically. One day I can lean on specific reloads. The next day each reload if getting drawn on where they flush it but then reverse back in consistently. This means no tool, pattern, indicator is ever the same. It alters. It doesn't break necessarily. It alters.
Having developed a bag of tricks and multiple factors of support is how you survive. Sort of...
Ill pick this back up in a moment.
----
Most traders even with years of experience suck at narrative building, which is a crucial skill. A real life market maker I know in real life who is not tied to retail or online culture - told me the better the story the better the trade.
Every tick every rotation should contribute to a story as well as losing trades. Clarity is key. But sometimes you don't have that as clarity and confusion go in and out.
Trading confused is the worst fucking thing you can possibly do. And newer traders will be constantly confused and even experienced traders have it wayne in and out where you just cant read specific sessions.
It often takes sitting for an hour or two before you pick up on it. The thing is you should be speculating as many rotations as possible. Not trade but guess. The more you guess better the more clear you are. But being too high time framed removes too much noise you can no longer predict as frequently.
This short term predicting is pulse checking the market and making sure you're in sync. This isn't really narrative building but contributes.
Narrative building is attempting to make clarity of why the market is rotating where it is - pushing where it pushes - Stalling the way it is. The more clues you can figure out and the more those clues mesh with the pulse check, the better the narrative. Narrative reading doesn't stop.
Most traders zone out, and just take these setups on a level or low node without any supporting context and narrative. All those things either pivot, stall, V-flush, rotate or just fail to touch by a few ticks.
Basically everything you lean on is fucking unreliable. All of it.
----
The trick is having enough things that overlap usefulness in the different regimes. The trick is multiple factors of support for the trade to work. Whatever that may be. As sure narrative is great but you need multiple supporting techniques or tooling. Which is not narrative. It's more of a trigger. A trigger to execute. Proper execution and not FOMOing is risk management. The better the execution the less drawdown you will or need to endure.
Now don't get me wrong. Guys like me can give out sound advice and not adhere to it. The markets will exploit you, which will be discussed further down.
You want a bag of tricks. Tooling, techniques, price action patterns - whatever it is - something you keep using over and over, like a signal. You need to which signals or techniques are present today and how reliable they are.
Does signal A reliably hold? Or does it reliably fail??? See it can be used both ways. The problem is when it's not leaning more on the fail side vs the hold side. When it's more "random" - and at that point you're going to dismiss it. This is part of the pulse checking procedure. Is my shit even working whether it fails or holds somewhat reliable?
So having multiple things. A bag of tricks - and having multiple signals be somewhat reliable align at roughly the same area helps entries. Sometimes they come in one after another.
Now looking at your signal as hold vs fail it 2 dimensional. They can also be linked or chained together with other reads even if unreliable, but this is bush craft. Bush craft is being in the middle of no where and you have a break down or something happens and you have to improvise a fix with what you got.
The issue is waiting for perfect triangulation is rare. There's a level of fluidity and it really is all a dark art. Not a rigid thing that most traders attempt to cultivate, or think this is what trading is.
----
The hardest part is adjusting targets and stops. They can't be fixed. The volatility dictates it.
I personally lean into a lot of ranges and range like structure big and small. Sometimes volatility is so high we look like we're trending but really the entire session is like a 100 tick range in ES for example. The micro ranges I would normally lean on blow out in more random fashion due to the higher rotations I may not have picked up on. This causes fast losses. Fast losses that are rather large is a sign you're in some sort of stretched regime. See price action is like a rubber band. It's all the same flavor but it stretches with volatility increase - Thus reward and risk must stretch. Smaller structure that can be reliable becomes noise when we stretch like this. It's often hard to see until hindsight. This alone is horribly difficult to understand. You already got too much to thinks about - now you're going to have to think about one more thing. It's like playing tetris but you're at a level where the blocks are falling really fast and it gets harder to process things.
Now you can pick up on these things before hand. But if that specific vol increase was not the norm and just happened over night - again you're carrying in recency bias from the prior session. It takes sitting here longer and not placing a trade to understand, hey this is stretched. But stretched price action - even if you're aware becomes super difficult to nail. Because you will have to take more risk to let the trade breath. You're never going to be super precise. See 6 ticks of risk in one vol environment - in a higher vol environment becomes - 25 ticks as the price action is the same but the need to breath the trade coupled with trying to figure out the formation of the structure are two things that can psych you out and shake you out.
Some of the worst shit is being shaken out when you're original position was correct but you didn't let it breath enough, or you biffed the entry on not an ideal spot.
Then you flip in a panic. Right. So this can bleed you bad. Ranges alone can bleed you horribly in a way that you can't recoup. The market is choppy these days all the time. Being wrong 3 consecutive times while trying to fight a trade entry and it confuses you, and shakes you out can cause irreversible damage, that now the name of the game is damage control - not bringing in fresh PNL.
Multiple time frames are important to sort of understand these things as well as using some sort of tool to measure rotations. Could be ATR - But after a while you can just see it in the price movement.
----
Now the issue is information, data, tools technical indicators - or in simple terms how much shit are you looking at?
You can't multi-task.
You're task switching.
The issue is - yes superior data and information can have a ton of fucking "edge" or ability to make better trading decisions.
But the pacing of the markets are generally so high, and the ability to execute is such a narrow window that how the fuck can you process all of it?
You can't.
If you read this post carefully you'll see how each piece of data or tool has various levels of reliability. And each day fits them differently.
Information overload is real. You need enough free bandwidth in your head to actually be present. And not only be present but be able to process all the data. And if you're task switching stuff constantly, will now you're stretching yourself too thin it will just not work out.
Imagine it like this.
You got a basket of 3 puppies. They want to go out and walk around.
Your job is to pick the puppies up one at a time and place them in the basket.
With 3 puppies it could be some what manageable.
Now imagine 10 puppies. One could run off and you chase it and then by the time you turn around 6 of them are dispersing in every direction.
Then you go chase down one of the 6 after dropping the one you just picked up into the basket and by the time you pick up the second puppy the first one you put in the basket is gone, and the other 5 that dispersed 2 of them are unaccounted for. So you start to ignore the puppies in view to track down the missing ones.
Too much shit on your screens is like chasing down puppies. You'll get caught up on one thing and forget the rest of the information, and this tunnel vision can be a death blow especially as the session wears on. This also includes multiple charts, not just indicators, price action techniques ranges - whatever. The more shit you take "into consideration" the more puppies you need to keep placing in the basket, which is an anthology for the ever moving price action and other data points you're attempting to tack.
Now you have to have multiple things. I've explained why and I encourage you to read this post over again. Much like the analogy of trading education is a circle. Learn flow then price action or whatever order, when you circle back it takes on a different meaning and this post will hit different through each read. Because I had to choose a start point - but in reality all of this connects. This post was me just jumping into the circle.
----
Tuning is key.
So the more data the better right? Will it's all about give or take. There is and will never truly be perfect.
For example race car suspension is horribly stiff which is necessary for a flat smooth racetrack. But on a regular public road it would be horrifically jarring and uncomfortable. In fact the performance or handling would be worse than a street car with softer suspension dialed in to absorb the bumps and the less speeds achieved on public roads assuming you're doing some spirited driving on back roads.
Everything has a trade off.
This includes what you're looking at.
For me I look at a lot of different markets. The ES movement is also tied to other tickers. But then this means more and more charts and indicators. This starts to spread me way too thing as I've added way too many puppies to the basket. So what do I do?
Consolidate it to the ES chart. So I don't look at cross symbol charts. I combine them such as taking the 503 stocks that make up the SP500 and overlay their up and down movement based on their weights. Like NVDA could only be maybe 7% of weight. So I take all the weights and combine them and have the ES price action heat up or glow based off if more than 50% of the weight is going up or down. So it's a way to analyze cross symbols but at the expense of removing complete granularity - thus making it a broader read.
But now my ES price bars move based off ES price but glow based of stock directional weight. So now I've consolidated things to basically one thing - the ES price bars, but the read is two different things at any given time. Stock weight direction and ES price structure. I'm still splitting my processing power in my head but it's consolidated. Now having the heat map portion glow hotter or colder on stock weight movement has been carefully selected. The human eye and brain can only process up to about 6 colors. Not gradients but 6 colors stepping where color 1 and 2 are very different shades of green for example. Not a subtle shift. This is shit no one thinks about.
If ES is trading 7670 I dont need to see 76. We read left to right. I dont need to see 76 repeat for 100 points. I just need to see 70. This saves on processing time. So it's one thing to tune your stuff, but it's another to save time on processing because the window for proper executions let alone trying to find where - is super narrow and requires speed.
That was a bit of a tangent on consolidation of info in the form of faster reading. Too many monitors is a problem as well. The band of clarity on your eyes is so narrow that even looking at one spot on one monitor blurs the rest of the monitor because humans when on the hunt narrow their vision and aren't looking through the peripherals even though it's blurry. It has to me trained. Wayne Gretzky the famous hokey player, was really good at this. Never needed to turn his head to be aware of what was right of to his side.
This is edge. These little things are edge. Just like in a race car shaving off a gram is worth the expense and time to engineer, as a gram won't make a difference in the grand scheme of things. It's the compounding of grams that equals pounds or kilos that make the difference and these things I mention contribute to becoming a top tier trader. Although I don't consistently hit all of the things I mention. Because the reality of the situation is all of this needs training like purposeful practice. And lets face it. We focus on the bottom line most of the time and it's all like a basket of puppies.
So circling back to tuning. Taking as much data and packing it in as tight as possible can give a best of both worlds. The only thing that has no drawback in the world of race cars is dropping weight. But the market regime is not always in race track circuit mode. It can be tight back road with pot holes. Or prolonged highway driving.
You can cut a street car sure, but with no sound deadening is going to be too fucking loud and annoying for prolonged driving. Or taking out the AC system will be miserable no matter what. But hey weight reduction right?
Luxury cars for example are very comfortable but very heavy because of what's needed to create that environment. But the body panels could be aluminum or carbon fiber at no drawback contributing to some form of weight reduction on the luxury car. But building things out of carbon fiber adds exuberant overhead and manufacturing time as well as cost compared to say stamped steel.
So taking stock data or compressing a bunch of data comes at a cost. That cost is not building it right. My prior post really goes over this.
Your tooling should evolve into a custom thing. It's like buying a suit. It will never look or fit right compared to a custom tailored suit. Let alone what is the material of choice? This can make it "feel" better. A light weight material vs a heavy weight material makes you lighter and more comfortable. But at what cost?
Every legit solid trader takes on a unique custom identity. It's inevitable and you merely borrow from others things and theories that resonate to your personality. Thus you formulate your own style and tooling. Tooling fitted like a custom suit.
The more complex the tooling the more problems that can arrive in building it. Even with the aid of AI, without proper architecture you could have data drops or it could be wrong and you never known, had you not tested it rigorously. Just like a consumer based car like a prius gets tested rigorously before being released.
Ideally with enough seat time in trading, especially with specific tooling it will evolve. Or you'll learn it better. Your tooling is constantly being tuned to the environment. Hence the earlier things I wrote about. Does signal A hold consistently or fail consistently or has pure unreliability?
Just raw experience with specific tooling that fits your methodology and more importantly your theory on how the market works gains you valuable experience That over time you will most likely continue to evolve it. Never settle!
Race cars evolve through the season or can if rules aren't fixed.
Notice the porsche 911 today looks the same as it did in the 60s. Yes radically evolved but through out each generation the evolution was more subtle.
In trading you adapt or die, and evolving every aspect of yourself as well as tooling is a must. And new traders think - that one thing is all they need. But this is far from the truth. Thus your understanding of what this all is. What trading is - is very much barely scratching the surface. Extracting consistent profits and then scaling into becoming a 7 figure trader is a rabbit hole that is so fucking deep, you can not fathom, or imagine even if you're reading this now. Each year of trading is full of surprises you never would of expected being new.
There are for example types of price action that dont come around every year that will throw you off. Stuff you never experienced so how could you be good at it?
Now you want enough data and information but not too much. And if you have too much how do you consolidate it? At some point with enough experience on technicals, techniques, or information - if unaltered it becomes muscle memory freeing up bandwidth to process more. But if improvement can be made, or there's an experiment you want to run - it will take some time to feel it out. The problem is when new traders trash stuff without thorough testing and practice. Not back testing but sim trading it enough they understand it's strength and weaknesses. Each evolution or adjustment you make will hurt your performance as you are taking a step back in order to relearn. But this hurt in performance can be your tuition to a better bottom line in the future. See this is something in the last few months has happened to me. Again see prior post. My over all bottom line is suffering horribly, which could be prevented, had I not be willing to run a radical complex set of tooling. But the hurt now can be future gain. But most traders judge you for today, and yesterdays victories mean nothing.
This shallow level of thinking plagues 99% of traders hence why the failure rate is high. An athletes win streak or a traders huge PNL was only realized after not winning for a very long drawn out period. But this dark age is where you are actually putting in results. Not bottom line results but the things that contribute to the bottom line as that list is long and complex.
You get on a skateboard the first time and you're going to suck. You try to lift weights for the first time you'll suck. Results come with time. Technique comes with time. Chasing that tooling and expecting it to work right of the rip will never happen. A solid trader whos crushing it could give you their tool box and you would just not perform with it. So is it to be trashed? And again keep in mind every thing is going to need tuning and adjusting to the environment and management based of vol is huge. This is something tooling cant fix.
----
Seat time and market finesse and management. This is something that no tooling will ever fix. This is the art form. And it's not black and white. It's very grey. Especially when navigating on the edge of the unknown.
With this skill set you could almost trade anything. Any tooling or style. However data and tooling - which I have gone into a lot depth on - is something that compliments you and makes you better.
AI is a prime example. A new trader will never be able to extract nearly as much solid alpha from it as a decade veteran trader could. The difference is really night and day.
Keep in mind consumer grade retail AI is not trained by pro traders. It is as dumb as a bag of rocks and simply scrapes the landscape of - shit info in my opinion, as mentioned at the start of this post under education.
Leveraging it as a trade mentor is wrong. People often mistaken it's verbal fluency as true intelligence. Even I can on topics or subjects I'm not familiar with. But anyone who is an expert in their field will quickly point out the misinformation and flat out wrong ideas it gives. This is something I see never being able to be fixed with AI or general off the shelf consumer grade versions.
It is a tool like a hammer. You are still to use critical thinking and problem solving skills like you would before its existence. A new trader who does this vs another new trader who uses it as a full on mentor will most likely grow faster. However they still can not extract the full potential from someone who has raw discretionary experience.
Even algo traders lack raw discretionary hands on experience. They often stick a program that is mechanical between them and the market to "not feel emotions" but your bottom line PNL results will still have you emotionally tune the algo. You can't separate yourself from the emotions of trading. You can only put stuff in between you and actually being there.
It's like wearing gloves all your life. Imagine taking them off for the first time. The sensation!?
I mean most of us wear shoes at all times but when you take them off and walk through grass or dirt the sensation is heightened and you can "feel more."
Putting anything in between you and direct hands on hard right edge of trading and feeling in the moment is hurting you. You lose the feel that when compounded over the years, is what can ultimately have you extract more out of AI, tooling, data, or whatever.
The problem is algos for retail traders are too mechanical and even discretionary traders who are usually newer are too mechanical.
As I said earlier - when vol increases it's like a rubber band thus you must adjust on the fly for stops and targets. Then you have to feel the day and see what tooling works reliably TODAY and what doesn't. As you have more things to look at and make decisions off of like price action, multiple markets, management adjustments. The combination of all that is millions if not more possibilities. That's all shit you need to program and how can you know without sufficient direct feel on the market?
The human brain can often make the switch faster and better than any algo - while the algo can be super efficient in some aspects, full algo as retail is far from efficient for intra-day trading.
Industrial algos you trade against have latency edge, data edge, and often requires a massive team of people to build and support as no one man could ever know the full code behind the system. Just like a skyscraper could never be built by one man. It's a team of people.
I hit max text. But I could keep going and I've only scratched the complexity of trading.
Meanwhile someone in chat is like "are you consistent?"
Bro you got a lot more to worry about.
By far the most brutal Occams Razor of wealth is central nervous system stability, this is one of those honest signals that cannot be faked, impossible across time. There is immense power in becoming LIGHTER as you become more capable. Less tension in the face, less desperation in the voice, less attachment to individual outcomes, more fluidity between environments, more calmness when plans change, more charm when circumstances become difficult. Smile easily. Move slowly. Listen deeply. Make people laugh. Let silence breathe. Do not turn every disagreement into war or every ambition into visible strain. The highest competence eventually begins to look like ease because the machinery underneath it has become so sophisticated and battle tested through reps. Heavy men make every room feel like work. The rare spiritual outlier man carries enormous responsibility while somehow making life around him feel more beautiful. This is the king touch or the midas touch with full contextual flow, the fact this account is free is generational. Calm nervous system, light touch, smooth voice, simple smile, flow heavy movement light

You have to lose yourself completely before you discover who you actually are.
What gets “destroyed” in crisis is often not the real self, but the Lower Ego:
the personality built from fear, habit, emotional reactions, social conditioning,...
Beneath it lives the Higher Ego — the deeper spiritual individuality capable of moral intuition, courage, clarity, freedom, and genuine inner strength.
The tragedy is that we mistake the first for the second.
We spend years defending an identity assembled from things we inherited:
Our opinions.
Our fears.
Our self-image.
Our idea of what we're supposed to become.
Then life begins taking those things away.
You lose the relationship.
The status.
The money.
The identity.
The people you thought would always stay.
Eventually the old personality has nothing left to hold onto. That is rock bottom.
The Lower Ego exhausts its illusions.
Its strategies fail.
Its emotional patterns collapse.
Its borrowed sources of strength disappear.
And you face the question you've avoided your entire life:
Who are you when everything you used to define yourself is gone?
It feels like emptiness, despair, even death.
But spiritually, the opposite is happening.
You are losing what prevented you from finding yourself.
The old personality becomes silent.
And in that silence, something deeper begins to speak.
Not the voice that asks, “What will people think of me?”
But a quieter, steadier force that says:
Stand up.
Continue.
Become what you were capable of becoming.
The strength that appears after the collapse is not hardness or aggression.
It is the ability to act from inner moral certainty.
To endure suffering without letting suffering define you.
To choose your path when nobody is applauding.
To become inwardly free.
This is why the greatest strength often appears after the greatest destruction.
The suffering didn’t create the strength —
it revealed it.
The old astral personality shatters,
and the deeper life forces reorganize around the spiritual individuality.
You become less dependent on everything that once made you weak.
Rock bottom strips you:
the masks,
the false confidence,
the illusions of control.
If you survive that stripping consciously, you discover that you were never as powerless as you thought.
The person who “died” was only the personality.
The deeper I remained.
This is why every spiritual tradition speaks of death and rebirth.
Not physical death —
but the death of illusion and the false self.
And the unimaginable strength you discover at the bottom?
You didn't create it there.
You finally uncovered what had been inside you all along.
I heard someone say, satan got adam and eve to fix their eyes on one tree when god had already given them an entire garden, think about that. The enemy didn't have to convince them that they had nothing. He just had to make them forget everything that they already had. And he still, till this day, uses the same strategy. He gets us to focus on relationships we don't have, the job that we don't have, the opportunity we don't have, the healing we haven't seen yet. Meanwhile, we are blind to the countless prayers god has already answered. Gratitude isn't pretending you don't want more, it's refusing to let what you don't have make you forget the goodness of god that's already surrounding you.
If you’re in your 20s, someday you’ll be 37 like me. So read this.
I just turned 37. In my twenties, I thought my life would be over at this point lol.
Ironically, I’m in the best shape, mental state, wealthier than I could of ever imagined, healthiest, and imo most attractive I’ve ever been in my life (before you roll your eyes, I was gross in my 20s… not hard lol).
I literally have everything I ever wanted. Including a wonderful wife.
But only because I sacrificed.
No one I know personally growing up went to the extremes I did to learn about health, self-development, social skills (which I had zero of). No one tried as hard or as long as me to get rich.
I’m not saying look at me, I’m special.
I’m saying I sacrificed a lot, took a lot of risk, and was very uncomfortable all the time.
And what I’m trying to convey to you is that the sacrifices you’re taking or considering taking are 500x worth it. You should sacrifice more actually, and do it with glee.
Go live in a $500-a-month apartment in Thailand and burn everything at the altar of your character arc.
I literally wish I had just done that at 20, trained Muay Thai and BJJ, and built harder. Big life regrets.
Anyways.
People (losers) will tell you you’re being crazy and missing out. Stop being money-focused. Stop trying, being so vain. Live a little.
They are wrong. Really fucking wrong. So unbelievably wrong that I would literally jump off a bridge if I had to switch lives with them and suffer the consequences of their life of no sacrifice.
You are missing zero. You will regret zero. Proudly go psycho monk mode and become as great as you can be.
You won’t regret missing getting drunk at the same bar 500 times with people you don’t even talk to at 40. You won’t regret missing the pointless dating. You won’t regret taking risk and failing.
You will deeeeeply regret at my age not sacrificing. You will start to see the decade of choices deeply and permanently in your and other men’s—you knows—lives.
And you will see this post is the truth.
After your twenties, the lifestyle, women, and all that shit you want will figure itself out and just come to you.
Hell, it’ll probably come to you in your early 20s and try to distract you because you’re building up so much power.
Keep sacrificing. It’s all completely worth it, and you’ll realize it’s actually the most fun part.
I work and sacrifice more now than I ever did… because it’s awesome pursuing the best possible potential for yourself personally.
Anyways, eat the shit. Skip everything. Picture your perfect character arc and light everything else on fire to get it.
And when you are at an age in the future that seems terrifying now, you will actually be enjoying the best times of your life.
Move fast, young man. You will be an old man who’s about to become an even older man soon.
Being addicted to stimulants makes it harder for humans to manifest
This is because deep focus, visualization, and neuroplasticity happen most effectively in coherent alpha (calm focus) and theta (deep introspection) brainwave states
Stimulants force the brain into rapid, agitated high-beta frequencies
There is a category on your Mac called 'System Data' and Apple doesn't want explain what's in it.
On a lot of Macs it quietly grows to 50, 80, sometimes 100GB.
I had 41GB of it. Cleared in 12 minutes, cost me nothing.
Here's exactly what I did:👇
sprinting for 8 seconds to boost growth hormone sounds like a shortcut that can't possibly work
until you read the research showing that 8 second sprint intervals increased growth hormone by 530% in a single session. then it sounds like the most time efficient hormone hack in existence
the study tested repeated 8-second sprints on a stationary bike with 12-second rest periods. 20 minutes total. growth hormone increased by 530% from baseline. the effect lasted for hours after the session ended. not a small bump. a 5x surge from 20 minutes of effort
the mechanism is fast-twitch muscle fiber recruitment. sprinting activates type II muscle fibers that jogging never touches. these fibers signal the pituitary gland to release growth hormone in proportion to the intensity of the contraction. higher intensity equals more signal equals more GH. jogging for an hour produces a fraction of the GH response that 20 minutes of sprints produces
- growth hormone mobilizes fat from storage, preserves muscle during caloric deficit, repairs tissue, and maintains youthful skin and connective tissue. the 530% increase from sprinting provides all of these benefits in a single 20-minute session
- testosterone also increases significantly from sprint protocols. the combination of GH and testosterone surging simultaneously creates the most anabolic hormonal environment your body can naturally produce
- sprinting burns more calories per minute than any other exercise. the afterburn (EPOC) from sprint intervals keeps metabolism elevated for 24-48 hours. jogging EPOC returns to baseline within 1-2 hours
- insulin sensitivity improves more from sprint training than from steady-state cardio. the glucose uptake effect of intense muscle contraction is immediate and dramatic
- sprint protocols take 20 minutes including warmup and cooldown. 3 sessions per week. 60 minutes total. producing better hormonal, cardiovascular, and body composition results than 5+ hours of weekly jogging
- you don't need a track. a stationary bike, a hill, a set of stairs, or even sprinting in place works. the stimulus is intensity not location
the fitness industry sells hour-long cardio sessions because they fill gym schedules and justify monthly memberships. 20 minutes of sprints 3x per week produces superior hormonal and body composition results for free. the research was published. the gyms didn't update their programming

An empathy gap is when someone can only relate to you when you relate to them, but otherwise does not respect the inherit merit of your points, thoughts or reason when you share a perspective from your own world.
It means they like what you say when your theory of mind reaches deep enough into their world to flatter them and make them feel seen, but when you speak from your own world and share its perspective, they cannot reach back to extend you the same level of perception to meet you as you meet them.
It is the spiritual equivalent of someone who likes it when a foreigner has traversed great distances to meet them, but who is themselves scarcely capable of leaving their own neighbourhood, and this asymmetry leads to a kind of selfishness where they cannot give to you like you give to them, as they fall in love with being seen by you even though they cannot even see you.
These people think they like you, because they like how you make them feel when you apply yourself to understand them, but they don't really like you, because they don't even appreciate you for you, only for what you are able to tell them about them. They appreciate your capacity to articulate the parts of themselves they are not even able to express, even though they cannot relate to you when you express you, let alone express you for you. You see, they cannot even accurately describe you to you - which is all the evidence you need to know how blind they are to you. You are not equals. They are lesser.
The difficult part is getting OUT OF YOUR HEAD/MIND/STORY and *objectively* looking at the volume you're doing. Your mind will lie to you. It will say "bro we're working so hard". But in reality you've literally done nothing
it will say "we put up so many shots today!". in reality it will be like 5.
the *hardest* part of this process is two-fold:
1) Admitting to yourself you're not doing the volume you need to be doing, and realizing the story you're telling yourself for why you can't / excuses you give simply aren't good enough. the result doesn't give a fuck what ur story is. It just wants ur input. It wants you to impregnate it with action
2) designing the system itself. can you DESIGN the system that allows you to even actually hit ur #'s, and then additionally can you then plug that system into the constraints you're currently facing. Can u make it workable/sustainable. What do YOU have to remove for you. it's a custom-fit system.
